When leadership talks to everyone at once

Annual results, a new strategy, a change at the top, a product launch. Some of your people sit in the room, the rest are in branch offices, in the warehouse, at home or in another country. When the stream stutters, the speaker can't be heard and remote questions never reach the stage, people take away one thing: leadership didn't think about them. I build the stream so every employee feels like they are in the front row, wherever they sit.

Hand over the brief, not the worries

You don't have to source gear, cameras, sound, a platform and an editor separately. Tell me what the event has to achieve and who needs to see it. I design the setup, bring the crew, the equipment and the stream, and deliver the recording and clips. The whole production sits with one person, and I answer for the result.

What it is for

  • Town halls and all-hands. Leadership speaks to the whole company, with questions from the room and from remote staff.
  • Results, strategy and big announcements. Mergers, new leadership, a reorganisation. Everyone hears the same message at the same moment, not second-hand.
  • Kick-offs, internal conferences and year-end gatherings. For colleagues who can't travel, so they are not second-row viewers.
  • Internal training and knowledge sharing. Talks, workshops and lunch & learns that leave a recording for your internal library and future hires.
  • Partner, dealer and franchise meetings. A sales network that needs the news first-hand, not as slides in an email.
  • General meetings and shareholder meetings. Shareholders or partners watching remotely get the same picture and sound as the room.
  • Award nights and company anniversaries. An evening that colleagues in other offices and their families should see too.
  • Member meetings of associations and chambers. Regular meetings that part of the membership joins remotely.
  • Open days and hiring events. Showing your company to people looking for a job with you. This is the one we stream publicly.

A closed broadcast, not a public video

  • We stream where your people already are. Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, Vimeo or your intranet platform. What your IT allows, we agree in advance.
  • Access for your people only. An invite from a company account, a password-protected link or a private page. Nothing goes on public YouTube unless you want it to.
  • The recording and materials stay with you. I publish nothing from the event. If you need it, we sign a non-disclosure agreement before preparation starts.
  • A technical rehearsal with your IT. Connection, platform and access are tested before the event, not on the morning in the room.

What I bring on the day

  • Cameras with live switching. Speaker, slides and room alternate with what is happening. No static shot from the corner.
  • Sound people can follow. Microphones for speakers and for questions from the floor, so remote viewers catch every word.
  • Slides and graphics in the picture. Presentations, speaker names and roles, logo and agenda.
  • Questions from remote viewers. Through chat or Slido, set up so remote questions reach the host on stage just like the ones from the room.
  • Backup connection and a local recording. If the building's internet drops, the stream continues and the recording is safe.
  • Hosting in English and Czech, when nobody from your team leads the event. See bilingual event host.

What you keep afterwards

  • an edited recording of the whole event for your intranet, split into chapters
  • short clips with the key messages for your internal newsletter, Teams or intranet
  • subtitled versions for colleagues who missed it or speak another language

How it works

  1. Brief. Date, venue, programme and where the stream should go. A few sentences are enough.
  2. Proposal within 24 hours. Scope, crew, technical setup and deliverables with a concrete price.
  3. Preparation. We go through the programme, align with your IT and run a test stream.
  4. Event day. The crew arrives early, I run the broadcast and handle changes with your production or internal comms team.
  5. Recording and clips. On the dates in the proposal, with two rounds of revisions.

Who is responsible

I am responsible for the preparation, the broadcast and the recording. I put the crew together for the size of the event from people I know from real jobs: camera, sound, stream direction. I film conferences and corporate events in Czechia and abroad, some of them together with SocialVids, see international event video. Public conference streams and webinars are on the live stream and webinars page.

Planning a company-wide meeting? Send the date and a few lines about the event and within 24 hours you get a proposal with scope and price. The consultation is free and non-binding.

Grounded trust

How to tell if we are a good fit

For events, reliability matters more than hype. I would rather promise a realistic scope and deliver clean, usable footage on time than oversell what the venue or schedule cannot support.

What to expect from me

run-of-show and filming priorities agreed in advance
discreet on-site work without disrupting guests
clear delivery formats and timeline from day one

This makes sense if…

you have a fixed date and need a calm, dependable partner
you want highlights, interviews or a stream without chaos
you value fast and practical communication

Honestly, it may not fit if…

you expect a large crew from a one-person setup
the brief changes hourly with no decision-maker
you want guarantees beyond the technical limits of the venue

Frequently Asked Questions

Can anyone outside the company see the stream?

No, unless you want them to. We stream into a closed environment: an invite from your company Teams or Zoom, a password-protected link or a private page. The recording and materials go to you only.

Which platforms can you stream to?

Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, Vimeo or your intranet platform. What your IT allows, we agree in advance and test in a technical rehearsal.

How do remote colleagues ask questions?

Through the platform chat or Slido. I set up the stream so remote questions reach the host on stage, so people outside the room get a voice too.

What if the building's internet drops?

I bring a backup connection and record the event on site at the same time. The stream continues and the recording is safe.

What does an internal stream cost?

It depends on the length of the event, the number of cameras, the platform and what you need afterwards. Send a few lines about the event and within 24 hours you get a proposal with scope and a concrete price.
“Working with Tomáš can only be called flawless, and I can warmly recommend him. I decided to go ahead almost immediately thanks to his fast, pleasant and open communication. He understood our needs right away and prepared proposals for the collaboration. The production day ran in a completely relaxed atmosphere, yet at a pace where everything got done comfortably. I really value the proactive approach, the flexibility, the openness to changes and adjustments - and above all the flawless deliverables, turned around very quickly. This is definitely not our last collaboration.”
